California Housing Crisis: What If Rent Control is Passed?
On November 6th, the US population will vote in the midterm elections. Californians will decide the fate of rent control with Prop 10.
Prop 10 repeals the state law that currently restricts the scope of rent control policies that cities and other local jurisdictions may impose on residential property.
